Exclusive Demonoid album release.

Thought id post here to tell you about my new album that is available on Demonoid only.
I've always released my music for free, and have built a relatively large following in the 7 or so years ive been releasing choons.

Here is the cover(not really relevant but it looks pretty in a lopsided way):

My new release, "EPTwo Special Edition" is the fruit of 18-months work and my most accomplished album yet (its my 11th). The genre is probably best described as indie/electronica but very experimental, but it contains elements of lots of things such as chiptune, metal, post-rock etc. Production is a big part of the package for me, and it sounds sparklier than a shed full of soundwaves.

I think its pretty good, so im quite chuffed to be releasing it exclusively on Demonoid.

So, just to clarify, you are a musician choosing to release your own material in the form of a perfectly legal torrent through Demonoid, am I correct?
 
I'm not really into this "style", but damn, this is good (to my minds ear). I'll keep it seeding for a couple weeks.

Yup. If he chooses to share his music over the internet for free, then it's perfectly legal to download it.

Correct! I've always released my music for free in various different ways, back in the day i used to burn off 100 CDRs and hand them out to randoms, this is just the evolution of that!
 
Theres a guy downtown in my small city who just walks around handing out his CDrs

When I released 'Year of the LeLe' last February I not only made tons of press kits that I shipped off to radio statons, but I also went around town and left them in peoples mail boxes. I might take the torrent route with my next album, hmmm.....

I used to send my stuff off to radio stations, and got quite a bit of airplay, and it gave me nowhere near the amount of promotion putting it on torrents got me!
