Exhaust Fan Necessary?

I have 3 fans in front of a case. 3 fans built in with graphic card, and twin tower cpu air cooler in a case as well. Do I really need an exhaust fan?
 
There is a vent on top of a pc case. Is that normal? I worry about the dust from top enters inside the case. Should I block it with a board? Since I have an exhaust fan, it should expel the heat away.
 
If you've got 3 intake fans and no exhaust fans right now, you've probably got positive pressure inside the case so dust shouldn't enter from the top.
 
If you're worried about dust getting in your system, I would suggest fan filters to keep dust from getting in the the first place. I just ordered some fan filters from Demcifilter, which is the only one that I know who sell them to the specification I needed. They are fine mesh filters with a magnetic frame that attaches to computer cases that are made from ferrous material. They make them in different sizes to fit your need. I'm not advertising for them; I just know that this kind of product is hard to find and I've used them as a source for it, so it may be helpful to you. They are based in South Africa, which is kind of strange, but they are legit. The last was my second order from them.
