Expansion Bay fans

I recall a while back seeing fans that went into a few expansion bay slots but can seem to find them anymore. Does anyone know where to find them, and better yet are they worth it.

Can i replace the fan with any 120mm fan or just a certain style

There is a lot of talk about them not fitting well. Why would it be an issue if the bay is a standard size.

Also, I there a way to change the look of the grid. Its rather plain.

Grid? i think kornowski has this one, and you can change out the fan for a better one. Or even a led fan.. as long as its 120mm

The metal grid that protects the fan. I was wondering if you could perhaps cut it and insert a different pattern. I cant really explain it that well.

I wonder what kornowski thinks about the fan kit.
 
Korn (before he bought one) also had a home made one. You could put any gril you wanted to on a home made fan thing...
