The PC already has 4.5.1 and fully updated Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit :/

Run the programs in the security section sticky to make sure you have no malware causing this issue.

I'd like to try that, but I don't have any admin rights on this PC. It's my workstation at work.
I was hoping for a quick fix I could tell the IT department about
