My computer is connected online to the network but when I try to load up explorer or Firefox it won't load. This does not happen all the time as before I would just resart my computer but lately its getting alot worse and sometimes I can't load it at all until the next day, any ideas?

try double clicking the icon and if it doesnt load go into ur task manager>processes, and see if u can find a firefox one.
that happnes to me sometimes, i click it, it doesnt come up but its running in processes. so all i have to do is end the process and start it again, and it works.
it might not be the same problem but its worth a try.
or is ur problem that it doesnt connect to the webpage?

if your browsers both won't open, maybe a virus scan would be a good idea
