explorer problem.

i have a problem, i have a folder on my computer. whenever i enter it, my explorer.exe process hangs and goes up to 99-100 percent. it only happened in that folder. i have scanned it and it has no viruses... any ideas?
 
Is it a network Shortcut? Does it go to a location which doent exist anymore? Do you have file sinside which you need anymore, or are you trying to delete it?
 
its a folder i use alot, and i have stuff i want in it. it used mainly for internet downloads so thats why i though it had a virus...
