Exploring another computer on the same network

hi Guys,

I am having problems with connecting to my brothers PC on the same network as me. I am using Vista and my brother is using Windows 7. I can see my brother on the network and I right click on his pc and click explore. It then requires me to enter a username and password and neither my brother or me understand what that might be. How do I find these details?

yep that should do it and if your brother doesnt have a password just type in his username and no password.

Also, Windows 7 uses share facilities. Set it up on the Win 7 computer and migrate the credentials to yours. Google Homegroup.
