Extended desktop

i now run a dual mointer with 2 17" screens and the task bar is only one one of these screens, is it possible to have it on both screens? and if so how is this done? thanks all

Go into your Catalyst Control center, and click on "displays". You should be able to drag and drop another monitor into the secondary display box, and set it up as either extended or cloned.

Or, you can get ultramon. It's a software for multi-display setups. You can have different desktop images, or strech one image, you can set two different screensavers on each monitor, or have one screen saver running on all monitors. It adds extra tool bars wich you can configure and do all kinds of stuff abnd more! Ultramon is a really great software to have when you have more than one monitors. I use it, and love it.

this is really cool, its so much easier to have 2 task bars and to be able to extend a window fully without having to mess about to get it a good size, thanks!!!
