hi all,
before i start, i am new to this site and crap at any thing computer!

what its is,is that i need to get the laptop down the backgarden, with internet access. I am falling about 10 metres to short of signal.
At the moment our home p.c has a 'B.T Home Hub 2.0' router.
I am just wondering whether there is any type of connection that can be fitted to it to create more siganl. This wouldnt matter if it was an extension out of the unit?
I am clueless as to how it works, any ideas would be deeply appreciated

thanks john

The BT home hubs don't support wireless N, but G which isnt that great rangewise.

A new, better router is the only solution, I would think.

You're best bet is to buy a new, wireless-n router (as Matthew stated). You can buy them for fairly cheap these days.
