external drive setup for a photographer

As the title suggests, im a Photographer and really need to get some decent storage as i have images stretching across 3 external drives and its all over the show.

I've been looking into getting a raid 1 setup for extra security if one drive fails... then i can use my others for storage at a relatives house in case of fire or if we get robbed etc...

Now i'd be looking at 3 tb storage in total so would need 2 x 3tb and probably looking to spend somewhere in the £300 region, so just wondering what you guys could suggest as i really don't know where to start...

Well since the WD is £100 cheaper and also has 6TB of storage, I'd get that.

I'm also a photographer and I keep my photos and RAW files on a 2TB RAID-1 array (2x 2TB WD Greens). I can say it's nice knowing that if one drive fails, all the files aren't lost.
