External hard drive for USB usage?

My external hard drive went out 6 years ago. 5 years ago I ripped it out of the casing and found out my computer didn't use the same wiring. So now I'm trying out to figure out which kind of cable I can purchase to allow it to be read by usb.

The hard drive says Seagate ST3320620AS.

Barracuda 7200.10 320GB

Appreciate any help.

That is a sata drive and you need a sata data and power cable to run it. What kind of computer do you have now? Any computer from the last 10 years should have sata ports on it.

Thanks for the quick response! Like I said, my desktop doesn't have the wiring. I believe its 11 years old.
