External hard drive with Raid 1?

Do they make anything like this? My 1TB drive is filling faster and faster, and I'm looking to upgrade to 2TB. Do they make any external hard drives with Raid 1? Or maybe a external enclosure with raid 1? Or does this just not exist? Thanks.

Yeah, I'm thinking I might have to go with a portable station type thing. Size doesn't matter, just smaller than my, you know, desktop.

That thing has its own processor, too. Not looking for anything extreme, just something to store all my movie without having to buy two external HDDs and back them up one at a time.

That one, in the reviews, says it has RAID settings, but out of stock and kinda expensive. Gonna need to buy 2 2TB drives, also.

Western Digital used to have a MyBook unit that was raid 0/1

They must still make it, or something similar as my father bought his like this time last year..

Has 1TB + 1TB.. he opted for a Raid-1 setup for his work stuff,

I wonder if its possible to just buy the chassis, and then you pick the drives you want--(especially if they are on sale)
