External Hard Drive ?

No I dont think you can just drag and drop... cause of the "one touch"... my external HDD can drag and drop, but im guessing newer types cant... you can still try though =)
 
I know nothing about that hard drive and the hardware/software required to run it. They might have something "special" setup where you must run their specific drivers to access the drive.

The internet drive should be a standard drive, so swaping the drive into another enclosure would be a pretty much sure fix. But I'd look around a bit more, perhaps for people who've run into a similar problem. Perhaps there is a simple work around they've come up with...
