External Harddrive Fell

My External Drive is out of its MyBook case, but still in its internal mounting bracket, and it fell off the top of my case onto the floor, while On. My case is on my floor, so it didn't fall far. I turned it Off and On, then checked some files, and they still played, but is there something wrong with it?

If it was off when it fell, or works fine now, I wouldn't worry about it. I know my drives have fallen while running and they still work just fine. Once I forgot I had my WD Passport 160 connected to my laptop. When I picked up the laptop, the drive slung across the desk, slamming into the plastic chair I had and falling to the ground. This was about a year ago and the drive's still perfectly fine...
