External Hdd drive problem

i disconnected my internal 160 Hdd a few weeks ago so that i could put it in an external enclosure. so i updated my bios to say that i had taken out my Hdd.

so i finally get round to buying my enclosure which is this...

so i then take out my 160 out for my computer and place it in the enclosure and connect it and all that and install the drivers.

but it says that it has been unable to install the hardware, i dont know why. the Hdd has 120gb of my work on it and i dont want to have to lose it. what can i do. thanks!!!

Plug it back into the PC? The drivers are only for the IDE to USB interface.

If the HD still works when in PC, look for new drivers.

where would i look for drivers? would it be the make of my Hdd? are those the drivers that im looking for? thanks!!!
