Extra hard drive.....

Hi guys,
My system is very basic to say the least, it is a acer aspire m1610. I would like to buy an extra hard drive to back my movies/ music up on to, the only problem is i dont know which one i will need???

I would probably get one off ebay, the reason being i only want a cheap one for now (internal or external, it doesnt matter).

Any help/ reccomendations would be really helpfull.

I am actually having a hard time finding out what you need. It looks like a SATA, and I would guess a 2.5 since it is a laptop.

EDIT- Please don't start several threads with the same question.
