Extra keyboard keys

I have an old Chicony KB-8993 keyboard, I have found Win XP drivers but I can't download them and without them my extra keyboard buttons don't seem to work at all. Is there a way to get them working besides trying to get proper drivers, right now XP says my keyboard is a Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard. Is there no way of assigning the keys somehow?

What sort of extra keys are we talking here? Are they just multimedia keys? If so most good media players (well Winamp atleast) can use these keys intenally without drivers...

kof2000, I was looking for KB8993 XP drivers.

The buttons are
zzZZ (hibernation or power save mode)
Vol -/+
Close
Stop
Rewind back
Rewind forward
Mute Sound
Play/Pause
MyDoc
Menu
WWW
DOS
A half-moon

Oh and there are two LEDs which are never on, which would then indicate that the buttons aren't working.

Well, that's wierd cause I found KB8993E (English version) from their FTP server and on another site they had the same file but according to the site the drivers were for XP.

EDIT:

I tested the drivers, they didn't work, got an error saying "VxD not found" just like people had reported on Chicony's site. *sigh*
