Extract data from GPT hard drive?

I found some software I had and used it to see what was on the drive...It did a good job but, nothing on the drive worth saving...Will format, get a case for same, and use it as an external storage drive.

You can also try booting to a Linux live CD and see if you can view the data and copy it that way.

I did a partition repair-restore and that yielded nothing and, HD still "unreadable"...I found some software I had and used it to see what was on the drive...It did a good job but, nothing on the drive worth saving...Will format, get a case for same, and use it as an external storage drive.
