I have a downloaded a movie file (avi) which is split into multiple rar files however, the last rar part comprising of about 5MB is missing. is there any program with which i can extract with avi without this missing part (i understand i would loose that part if it is extractable at all).

It's not possible to extract any file without having all the RAR files.
