Kinda annoying me... I've read it and I wanna know...

I currently have 23 computres, about half of them have internet access, would:

Intel Pentium 4 / Pentium 4 / Core 2 Duo / Intel Pentium
1.43GHz / 2.8GHz @ 2.96GHz / 1.8Ghz (e4300) / 200MHz MMX
448MB / 768MB / 1GB / 114MB
ECS P4VXMS / Pc Chips P25G / Abit IP-95 / Foxconn Skt 7

Can I run them all at the same time? Can I register them all under my name?

I usually leave my cmoputers on for no reason...

Would any of these help too?

Sempron 2600+ @ 1.9GHz / 700MHz / 500MHz (Armada)
256+64 / 192MB / 256MB

Would running 5 of these at the same time work? I can get them all as my user name?

... HOW DO YOU RUN IT?!?!?!?

I've installed it on the 1.43GHz, the latest one, I have NO IDEA how the heck to use it, I cant find it under Programs either!

you want to install the latest but not beta. also holy c*** that is a lot of computers!!!!!! and it should work with all the computers under the same user name

The people you should asking for something like this is Microsoft since they sell corporate licenses for using their products on multiple machines. User account names are used when creating user accounts on each individual system. For a large of systems to work together you would be looking at a network setup where each was auto logged into a main server.

.. huh?

Could you re-explain that as in simpler terms? I use all these cmoputer for home use, almost all of them (except the 98SE, 2k, media center) use the same product key.. I was told this was fine unless you use the computers for business....

How about the install stuff?

Oh ... I installed beta ..

Oooh... crysis... :D Lets see... Wonder how an TNT2 and 7300LE will work out... :D

I'd do it but how many computers? I have alot to spare... from 166MHz to 2.8GHz...

GRRR... How long does it take for your name to show up on the stats list?

for one you was told wrong using one windows product key on multiple computer is illegal even for home use.

but will microsoft do anything about it ? probably not

as for F@H you should have no issuses with running them all with the same user name.

There are two main licenses besides the typical home user for single machine type. You can run upto 15 with the small business license bought directly from Microsoft to see one copy of Windows installed on that many systems and activated. However the description of having many older rather updated builds there would be best with the fewer number of the best builds seen there.

For any P4 builds those seeing a 3ghz cou or faster would be the few there besides the newer with Core 2 models. For any AMD a 2.2ghz Atholon over Sempron would work while still a little outdated. 754s are stricly single channel mode only for memory. Any 939 or AM2 AMD models would be preferred over the Socket A or 754 types there.

well also i have to say if microsoft told you that it was ok. i see it as there fault and you cant be heald reliable. i think dont get me in truble i could be wrong.
