I just got back from microcenter where i went to pick up my new i7, asus p6t deluxe v2, 6gb of ocz gold, and wd caviar black 1tb. I was happy because when i looked at i7's box it said SLBEJ !~!. So I am at the cash registery ready to pay and boom my card didn't go thru. How gay is that ? I put it on hold until tomorrow though :P Btw does anyone here have asus p6t deluxe ? Do you guys know if it overclocks well ? I hope to take my d0 stepping to 4ghz at the very least :P
 
hey, yah I had the asus p6t deluxe in my previous build, its a really nice motherboard over clocks well, you can do bios update right from the bios which is a really nice feature. For how much are you buying it for?
 
It costs 289.99. I wanted to go with gigabyte ud3r which i previously owned but they ran out of them and i've heard that those asuses overclock pretty well so I can't wait to get my hands on it :D
 
If you can get your hands on a foxconn bloodrage or evga X58 board, they are around $250 and $289 respectively, and both good overclocking boards.
