F1 and F3 keys are not working

Hello guys! I need some help with my pc and it's a about my f1 and f3 keys. They never work in games or in general but they work in the boot menu. I've tried changing and changing back the key bindings but it still won't fix it. I've also had this problem with my other keyboards, so I'm certain that this has nothing to do with my keyboard. I currently have a steelseries m400 mechanical keyboard.
I'm quite desperate for help because I'm into mmorpg games in which you need the f keys.

Nope, I have it installed but the keybindings are default.

I don't know what happened but now they work perfectly . I've tried the keyboard tester before but it wouldn't register but now it does. But yeah, thanks for trying to help me
