f1 to continue

I was using my pc today and it crashed so i had to turn it off and start again. Instead of starting up like usually it stops at the bios screen and asks me to press f1 to continue. How do i get rid of that f1 thing and let the computer start like it should start?
 
i had that before... just click some stuff in the BIOS from whatever they are on to off then back to on then save changes and next time it should run normally
