Facebook is not/slow loading on my PC?

It seems my PC is having problem opening Facebook page. It doesn't matter if i use Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer or if it is mine, my friends account or even not logged in, it hangs about 5-10 minutes, then it loads and then stops responding for another 5-10 minutes in all browsers simultaneously. I can use it maybe 15-60 seconds before it stops again for another 5-10 minutes.
Even on 9gag, page opens normal but chat also hangs because its connected with facebook...-_-

My internet connection is fast, 10MB/s, and all other pages work splendid!
My pc spec: Phenom B60 x4 3.4Ghz 4GB RAM, ATI 6870, 500GB HDD 7200rpm. It is manintained good, every 15 days i run malwarebytes, spybot, avast free for custom scan and disk defragmenter.

when i try to log in into facebook i get this:

Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.


Also, i already tried reinstalling Google chrome, clearing everything from history (cache,cookies,history). But i doesn't work because the problem is in my PC not browser!!! I also tried tried flushing dns cache, not working...:/ In LAN settings "get automatic settings" is checked.

Facebook works if i access it over my smart phone.

THIS PROBLEM WAS SOLVED by changing my VPN server!!!

BUT after 2 weeks this started happening again!!! ANd i tried different VPN servers but its still the same!!! :'(

I'm having same problem as with the asker Vajsmilan. Often Firefox or any other browser is not able to connect to the Facebook..Firefox shows me "Connection was reset" message.
I tried using command line..
Run>cmd>ping www.facebook.com
which results in "request timed out" message. I don't know what is causing the problem .. When I am having trouble opening on PC, I try to connect to it via my mobile, but same problem persists. And it's not just Facebook which is not loading, there are other sites too !! For e.g currently www.twitter.com, www.tech-forums.net/pc/, too not opening. Everything else works fine on my PC. Other sites open without any hassle too. If I had luck, only then facebook and other sites load.
Please help !!

Same problem here

I'm on an iMac and wife is on a PC, we're connected to an Asus RT-N56u router and every website loads fine but when we go to facebook we have what OP is describing. Friend came over with a MBP and he connects to my router also but he doesn't have this problem. It's funny because every single other website loads up perfectly. Been happening for 3 weeks or so now. Ran ccleaner, reset her browsers settings to default I tried many things but it keeps happening.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue but I had a problem on my laptop where Facebook would crash randomly for about a week or two. I re-installed Chrome and it was fine after that.
