Hello new to this forum hope I haven't posted in wrong place sorry if so
I have a Toshiba laptop and it was Windows 8 to start with then upgraded to 8.1 I haven't used it for a while and wanted to give it to my son obviously some of my stuff is on there so he wants to put it back to factory settings but if he does that will it go back so the original Windows 8 and have to upgrade again to 8.1 also I have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on there so would he be able to install that again after factory reset sorry for all the questions not quite sure what to do.
