  1. Before attempting a BIOS update, it is important to download the file to a media source in addition to your hard drive. In other words, make a copy somewhere so that if the update fails, you still have the BIOS to perform a Recovery BIOS Update.
  2. The entire BIOS update file is not necessary for performing a recovery update. Only the .BIO file will be needed. The .BIO file is unique to every motherboard, so it is essential that you have chosen the correct file before attempting this procedure. To find the .BIO file, locate and open the BIOS update you downloaded from the Intel webpage and search through the folders. There will be only one .BIO file.
  3. Take the .BIO file and place it onto a portable media device. The device you use is up to you. If you computer has a floppy drive, you can use that. As most computers today do not have a floppy, a USB drive or CD will work just as well. I prefer a USB drive, but either is fine.
  4. 4. Now that the .BIO file is on the media drive, place the Cd/USB/floppy into the computer, turn off the computer, and remove the access panel. Ensure that you can see the motherboard and then unplug the computer.
  5. This step is important, so pay careful attention. Locate on the motherboard the BIOS Configuration Jumper. This is a small plastic jumper that is usually cream-colored or yellow and is about the size of a pencil eraser. For a picture, go to: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-023360.htm. There is only one of these on the motherboard. Once you have located the Jumper remove it carefully, taking note of how it was positioned so that you can replace it later.
  6. Now, plug the computer back in and start it up. What you should notice is that the system goes through its normal BIOS start up and then updates the BIOS. You will see the light on the drive you are using come on and the computer will perform the BIOS update. This can take up to 5 minutes, so be patient.
  7. Now, when the update is finished, the computer will either turn off itself for tell you that you should do so. Whatever the case, once the computer says that the update was successful, you can safely turn it off.
  8. Replace the BIOS Configuration Jumper, replace the access panel, and remove the media containing the .BIO file.
  9. You should now be able restart your computer and go back about your business.

Since you shut it down during the bios update. If you have tried resetting already and tried to reflash and it still doesn't boot. Its probably a brick. I would probably try to reset one more time. Unplug it, press the power button a few times, reset the bios. Afterwards make sure its on the right pins. Try to boot. If it still doesn't work, try the update once more. If that fails take it outside and play Frisbee with it.

Most likely dead I'm afraid. I did a similar thing with another board about 2 years ago and destroyed it. :(

...And do you know how can I connect the BIOS to PC? On the Internet I found a BIOS reader for $ 90. And I don´t like it . Must also be an alternative.

Yes. When I turned on the PC beeps: 1 LONG, 2 SHORT. It means that my video card does not load the Pipal. I'll try there connect new VGA to the PCI slots. Sorry for the bad English even I'm learning it.
