Failed in port 0

I got a carving machine and when I use there software I push help it says failed in port 0 and when I try to down load a licence from them it cant find there web site this the only web site that dose that, I go to there pattern store it works fine ?? got any ideas . thunderhead :confused::mad:
 
could you specify more? i'm confused as to why you would try to download a licence from them if the program gives you a port error :confused:
 
with this machine you down load a pattern and they send you a number you got to type in and you can use it its there way of keeping you from giving this pattern to anybody else my laptop keeps saying failed in port 0 and I can,t put these numbers in so I can use these patterns
 
its the software for the carvewright wood carving machine seen on tv I bought one last oct. could be a problem with my wireless computer because my desktop works perfect.

and yes it might be a problem with your wireless networks although I really have no idea how this machine works
