My desktop uses Windows Vista operating system. Recently I get the message 'Failure - Security Options' Faliure to log on. The computer does not log on. When I ctl-alt-del- the screen goes blank after a while. The computer logs on eventually, albeit slowly. This happens often but not everytime. Has anyone any experience of this problem, and more importantly a solution. Thanks,
