Fallout New Vegas Wont Run

Hello fellow wanderers,

I am having an issue with Fallout New Vegas, it ran fine on Win 7 but now I have installed it (through Steam) on Win 10 I cannot get it to run. The program starts, I hit New, the roulette wheel loading screen comes up, and then it crashes! See screen shot.

Solutions tried so far:
Re-installing
Verify cache in Steam
4GB launcher
Running the main .exe not the launcher, normally and as admin
Removing the read only tag from the game and save folder
Compatibility mode as Win7 and XP SP3

Same problem

Anyone got any ideas? Thank you

Try reinstalling your graphics card to see if that helps and make sure it has the latest version. Also check for the latest windows 10 updates and download and install all updates. Let me know if this helps.

Win 10 up to date, re-installed latest graphics driver, re-installed game. Same problem
