well i paid roughly £400 for mine including everything apart from operating system and monitor

wont play up to date graphics demanding games but it sure hell is fast at everything else

things are getting out dated so quickly these days

im thinking of getting a quad core setup after newyear

Yeh its annoying that in 6months wil need new system if hoping to play new games well but its the way it works so....

Im thinking that build shouldnt be too bad with the latest games, especially after a bit of tweaking:)

I'd get an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro instead of the Zalman and with the money saved either get a better motherboard or case. The P31-DS3L is supposed to be very good.

I like the look of the zalmans, heard a lot of good things about most of their fans so wil get the 9700. How does the 8600gts perform with new games, crysis etc? Wil only be a temp card but still want to be able to play smootly until upgrade
