Hello.
On a power supply unit how can you tell if it has a connector for an additional fan?
I have the ECS KN1 Lite and it only has room for 1 more fan(beside the cpu fan connector) Can I hhok up another fan to the PSU?
And which PSU's have an additional connector that are cheap but good, like maybe max $40?
Thank you all.

This is a molex connector:

It is what you plug into your harddrive, optical drives, etc.

yes you can plug the fan into that common 4 pin molex plug

what size PSU are you looking for please give your complete system specs

Just a midrange PSU that does not cost alot Well this is what I got:
AMD 3400+
ECS KN1 LITE
GIGABYTE 7600GS
WD 250GB SATA
2GB G.SKILL RAM
SONY CD drive
MITSUMI MEDIA CARD READER
ROSEWILL R6 series.

Most 120mm fans will plug into the 4-pin molex connectors mentioned earlier (if you have yet to buy them, just make sure to get ones that do). If you don't have any spare molex connectors on the PSU, you can get a splitter cable.

If you still want a new PSU under $40, this is one of the best:
XClio 450BL
