fan blade

I installed a fan at the inside front of case to draw in air, however today I noticed extra vibration on case as normal so I opened the pc up and I found a missing blade on mobo.I took out the missing blade that was from the fan mentioned and put case back on and started back up.
Everything seems to be working ok but the case is vibrating more than normal.Is this...
Because of the missing blade?
And if so will it be good or bad if I keep fan going?
The fans not noisy it's just vibrating the case more.

Due to the missing fan blade, the fan is off balance, so you should be getting vibrations at the frequency of rotation. It won't necessarily damage anything, but the fan won't be as effective and there will be more stress on the rest of the fans components (other blades, bearings) due to the unbalance. I'd say just buy a new fan for a few bucks.
