fan config

on my case i have on the front 2 HDD cooler fans the blow inward. on the top one fan blowing inwards. on one side one fan blowing inwards. on the back i have 2 small(30mm?) fans on the mobo blowing inward on power regulators. aslo on the back i have one 80mm fan blowing inwards. in short all but two small fans are blowing inward. is this a good configuration? i'm in a dorm room, but i dont think it will get dusty or anything in here.

make the fans in the back blow outward and make the top fan blow outward. There for you'll have a front to back and top air flow.
