Fan controller

So I just purchased this fan controller:

All of my fans are connected to the PSU via 4-pin molex. About 3-4 of the fans are daisy chained together with the 4-pin molexes. Can I add that chain to the fan controller and have that one chain be controlled? As in, I turn the fans down with the one control and all the fans connected go down?

On that daiseychain, I'd imagine all fans connected to that one fan will go down.

What is it, volts X amps = watts? As in 12v x 0.2A = 2.4 watts?
The fans labels should have the amps/volts.
The controller is 10 watts max per channel.

These are the fans.

Looks like it's 2.16 watts max for each fan? So probably no more than 3 to be safe.
