the rear fan should alway blow out, unless all of the case fans are mounted backwards. it would create a giant sucking vacuum off death and doom, ripping out mobo capacitors and DIMM modules.......rendering your brand new computer useless.......

I also have my all my fans blowing in, and just a couple vents for the hot air to flow out of..
