Hello everyone!
First of all, I am not a native speaker and I am very bad regarding computers so the description of the problem might not be that great.
I have recently bought this laptop and what has been bothering me is the fan sound. The fan is always on, never stops spinning. Since ever first started, the fan just goes nuts.
What I've already tried to do:
- To put it in the power save mode
- To reduce the maximum processor performance to 10%
- To enter the BIOS - apparently, there are no settings regarding the CPU fan
- To set the cooling from "active" to "passive"
- To download the Notebook Fan Control - this of course helps, but I was told that it damages the device as it just disables the fan.
The fan goes on even is the CPU is under 40. So I am out of ideas. If anyone has a tip for me, I would be eternally grateful.
Many thanks!
