No but there are fan controllers that you run inline to manually set the fan speed. When you plug into the board the fan's speed is controlled by voltage there. If you run straight 12v to a fan it will run at full speed. Plus you feed 12v into to the board through the fan itself.
I was including a new PSU in that cost as well.Im just weary on using 250 watts only for another fan.
Well you simply add the cost of a supply to that and still find yourself WAY UNDER the $200 mark.
