wohoo i finished my CPU fan modding thingy. Just finished putting on a 120mm fan onto a 70mm fan heatsink. Used only 2 wire ties :D

I did this mainly to make my computer quieter, and WOW is it quieter!! I cannot hear it at all with music on (not even loud music) I can definitely sleep with this noise level. All 4 of my tricool fans is set to low, my cpu load temp is 28C (was 25C) and system temp is now at 25C (was 23) and all the other temps are in my sig. Will post pictures later :)

That's it for now, too busy with midterms :( The P180 really isn't mod friendly, but i guess mine really isn't a mod, i just went in and found places to secure the fan using wire ties :D

currently i'm just video encoding, been doing it for about 40 minutes (need to encode my history project), i'll run prime 95 over the weekend.
