try speedfan or MBM5, or buy a fan controller, thats always a better option.

For some reason speed fan doens't work with my mobo ( which is in my sig )

You must have the fans connected to the motherboard headers. They can't be connected directly to the power supply. Also, some boards just don't support it, or aren't supported in some problems. My compaq has fan control, but Speedfan won't work. Same with my old Abit. I had to use software from Abit in order to control the fans...
