Fan with LED, does it actually work well?

I know you can get LED fan. LED are lights and light creates heat, so even though it isn't much more heat, are they the same as the non-LED, because the look awesome.

They work pretty well, just get a fan with a good bearing;.

LEDs generate very little heat since they don't provide light by incandescence. So yes, the LED itself doesn't effect the fan.
