Fan won't spin

I have 2 Enermax T.B. Vegas duo Fans http://www.enermax.com.tw/home.php?fn=eng/product_a1&lv0=4&lv1=39

my mobo is a http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3516#sp

where should I be connecting the fans?

They are 3-pin they plug into my mobo

Edit: the connector named sys-fan has 4 pins but the one that came with the fan is a 3-pin

There should be two connections on your motherboard labelled SYS_FAN, that's where the fans will plug in. Don't worry about the fact that the fan has a 3 pin connector and the board a 4 pin, the fan can only plug in one way.

What exactly am I looking for? I have 1 fan plugged into sys_fan1 and the other in pwr_fan is there a sys_fan2?
