fan wont spin

hiya guys, this time it's an Nvidia geforce3 TI200. for some reason, the fan on the heatsink wont spin. it's an Asus fan, and everything is properly connected.

fans probably not recieving power

figured that, and i reconnected everything...its still not working. i also took the fan off of the heatsink and found that it has resistance when i spin it by hand.

try it on something else, or touch the + and - on a watchbattery to see if it twitches

It might just be that the bearings got clogged or something and it seized up. It might not need the fan, considering you've made it thus far...
