Fans/Fan Controller Question

I just bought this:

My question is, do I need Molex to 3 pin connectors, or do I just plug in the normal 3 pin plug that connects to the mobo?

I ordered a AC NV Silencer too!

Look over the pics and instructions for yourself, but it seems all the connections are 3 pin... I think the only molex is for power... Ah yes, the NV Silencer, I had one for my 6800. Those things are freakin HUGE, but they work pretty well.

OK, thanks. I should get it in a few days, I only ordered it an hour ago.

As for the NV silencer, it will mean the only noisy fan I will have left is the PSU (which isnt that noisy)
