Fans spin / LED's light up for one second then stop

Hello all,

Just put together my computer with components listed below. Everything seems to be installed correctly (cables, CPU etc) but when I press the power button, the fans spin and LED lights up for about 1 second before turning off.

Any thoughts?

It's plenty for an 860 and a 9500GT...

More likely is that the case is shorting out.

OP: did you screw the motherboard directly into the case, or did you use the brass standoffs in the case? They are required so that the motherboard doesn't short any connections on the back of it.
