Fans Surging??

Just finished my first build and noticed that there appears to be some type of "surging" with the fans. I'm not sure if it's supposed to make that noise, but it seems noisier than I thought it would be.

Any suggestions welcomed, below are the specs.

Not sure, but you gave me an idea. I can unplug each one, and see if the sound disappears. I've got two case fans plugged into the PS, one case fan into the MB and the CPU fan into the MB.

Sounds normal... if the temperature rises on the card the fan will spin faster to cool it down... if it's idling it may reduce the fan speed or keep it at a low speed until you use it.

This is the fan that's built onto the GPU. I downloaded GPU-Z and saw that the fan suddenly jumps to 56% fan speed, with no load. And there is no frequency or temperature increase.

Any other ideas? Thanks

Is this the file?

XtremeTuner.rar?

I'm asking because I'm a little nervous about allowing to search the web to open the file. Just checking. Thanks

I did, and after installed, tried to open it and got the following:

Initiate hardware failed
Please confirm NVIDEA driver has been installed correctly

As far as I know, I do not have NVIDEA. Ideas?
