I took a few out of dead pcs for a project and there voltage is'nt marked. Are those small internal fans always 12V?

Yeh, all case fans ive ever seen are wired 12 V

Yup, 12v DC, but they should work on most anything between 5-15 without a problem. Though it's obviously safer to undervolt than overvolt
