FarCry:I keep getting kicked !

Hi,

I posted this question in the main official Far cry forum and have not had any replies whatsoever.
There useless there:D

I just got the game and instaled it perfect.

However when i try to join a server in multiplayer it starts loading the map and then i get the word "Kicked"

Why is it kicking me?
I have updated Punkbuster and i have no firewals blocking it.

Any help appreciated

are you using any mods/addons? they could cause the problem...

and how fast is your internet? some servers on games only like people with a ping below a certain number...

No im not using any Mods/Addons.

Im not sure on the total speed of my connection...All i know is its broadband and maybe this will help you.....

Sorry i couldnt tell you my speed...I honestly dont have a clue.
But we pay £17.99 a month for this...Probably the cheapest package my provider does.
 
And you are using the latest patch?

Or is that what you mean by updated punkbuster? Anyway they are both different updates I believe. What version of the game are you playing?

This is my version

Build 1405
Patch 1.4

I have applied the newest patch 1.4 and then updated Punkbuster with the Punkbuster update tool i have.
 
Might I suggest you use the "Edit" feature? I notice besides multiple threads you also post several times in a row. It is proffered that you use the edit button rather then post twice in a row.
 
1.4 is an unofficial patch. It should work with any of the previous official patches.

Also, alot of servers kick you just for having HDR on.
