fastest agp 4x gpu???

can you advice me what's the best agp 4x gpu out the in the market? (new or second handed doesn't matters)
I found this: sapphire HD 4650 agp

ddr2 is a kind of agp slut or card's ram speed? can I install this on my mainboard?

A 3850 is the fastest for AGP.
