Fav website doesn't work on my comp but does everywhere else

Title says it all really, i have a website which i really enjoy however it doesn't work on my computer.
When i am at college using their computers it works no problem.
Usually what i do is go through a proxy on my computer, which is fine but it is slow and since it is a forum website i can't log in because of the security.
The website is www.arrse.co.uk (i know it sounds like a porn site but honestly it is not)
and the proxy i use is www.alienproxy.com

Nothing happens when i type the address in (arrse) apart from it waiting about 15 seconds and then it says operation time out. It can't be a fault with the website since it works just after when i go through the proxy.

PLEASE GOD CAN ANYONE HELP ME, IT IS BLOODY ANNOYING!!!

You are entering the URL in like this http://www.arrse.co.uk right?
Because I found that if I do this: http://arrse.co.uk it didn't work

Try this too, assuming you are using windows:

Start
Run
cmd

ipconfig /flushdns

This will flush your local dns cache so that next time you go to the site, it will force your computer to pull from the dns servers. Perhaps you have old dns info stored in your computer.

If that doesn't work, try this:

Start
Run
cmd
tracert www.arrse.co.uk

Copy/paste the results of that into a support email to your ISP.
