Haha jazz is good! Actually I like every genre... I really can't stand emo that much though...

From the emo that I've heard it's all about slitting wrists and killing people and wishing you were dead... who wants to live like that? Just gimme some metal to listen to before a game and I'm pumped

haha ya believe me... I hate that gothic crap! Even though i listen to some of their music... im pretty much what you would call a prep

Oh well... but with a 96 average in school(without the additional 12 points added for AP, I'm still a freshmen), the "punks" in my school can kiss my ass when I'm making 200K+ a year

Yeah, like almost everybody else has said, where's metal? Cause I would have voted metal if it would have been there. Metal can be far from screaming into a mic. Dream Theater for example is progressive metal, yet they aren't screaming into a mic, they have beautiful songs with great solos too.

Soundtracks are the best, a lot of them can be crappy, but the main guys, John Williams, Howard Shore, James Newton Howard, Hans Zimmer etc... Almost always great.

Hell yes, Metal is WAY more than "just screaming into a mic" it takes talent, endurance, and creativity. Screamo is just sensless screaming with no melody whatsoever and is basically about dressing in black and cutting yourself.
